My toddler is ALL about helping in any way he can and these cookies are super easy and simple and we always have the ingredients readily on hand.
Ever made cake batter cookies?! Yup. 1 box of cake mix + 2 eggs + 1/2 cup of oil. THAT IS IT!
Give it a mix.
Scoop it into little balls then sprinkle with sprinkles.
Bake at 350 degrees for about 10 minutes. And wait patiently (read that as STARE AT THE OVEN) while they bake.
Let them cool and enjoy with a tall glass of milk!
