To say they were incredible would be an understatement. To start off with, we worked with Maria at the general office. She was very informative, open and honest, and helped us choose the best package for our party without pressuring us into spending more money. She arranged everything for us, making every step of party planning, preparation, and entertaining, as well as clean up, a breeze.
They came a few days prior to the party and set up the tent in our backyard (we didn't even have to be home for it!) and left all of the tables and chairs. When Phil and Devin arrived on the day of the party, they set up all of the tables, chairs, and linens as well as the entire food prep, cooking, and serving area. They were efficient and did an amazing job very quickly.
Phil and Devin were the two who came for our event. They set up the raw bar and shucked fresh oysters and clams and had fresh shrimp as well as crudites. FYI- the horseradish on the raw bar was the best we've ever had!
Phil was pretty entertaining while shucking!

They set up giant pots to do all the cooking off away from the tent then bring it to prep and serve.
We were so impressed with prepping 40 lobsters we had several guests filming Phil!
On top of lobsters, everyone also got clams and mussels as well as fresh potatoes and corn.
Every lobster boil needs butter. Lots and lots of butter.
Everyone is served with a complete tray- lobster, clams and mussels, salad (of course, this young gentleman didn't NEED or WANT salad!) potatoes, corn, fresh bread, and melted butter. On top of serving everyone, they also clean up tables and take ALL of the trash with them.

We researched about ten different companies and not only were they the most professional, courteous, and honest, they were also incredibly affordable and gave us the most bang for our buck!
